Citizen Care

Citizen Care is a program addressing the needs of the Green Valley residents who are memory impaired or have limited ability to handle a situation by periodically keeping in contact with the individual and assisting in securing assistance to meet their needs. The Citizen Care Manager refers the individual to the various social services agencies that can address any specific issues.
