This is the story of the descendants of Iver and Marit
(Andersdtr) Bakke who owned a farm near Fåvang, Norway. Iver
and Maret never came to the United States but several of their
children did and it is their stories I hope to tell on the
following pages. You can get to the families by clicking on their
names on the left menu. I hope to have a story for each of the
people or couples. It is definitely a work in progress, so check
